Term and Conditions – for Entertainers

• I agree to submit my live performances video to H2H Entertainment PTY LTD for the project titled H2H live gigs @home 

• I give H2H Entertainment PTY LTD permission to edit the videos when required to suit the timing and quality required for the platform

• I agree to receive payment in accordance to the income generated from the public initially as this is a brand new venture. After a period of 3-6 months if the platform is successful a payment system will be introduced where gigs will be monetized on a per gig or per stream basis. 

• I am aware that this initiative is a brand new venture set up to gain support for entertainers who’s livelihood has been affected due to COVID-19 and I agree to collaborate on this initiative. I will not hold H2H Entertainment PTY LTD liable for any particular outcome regarding the success of this initiative 

• Once I submit my video content, it will remain online and be accessible to all subscribers of H2H live gigs @home. However, if I wish to have particular video removed I can do so simply by submitting an application request to H2H Entertainment PTY LTD. I understand that removal of video content may affect the income I am receiving if the remuneration is paid on a per gig or per stream basis.

• If H2H Entertainment PTY LTD wishes to use my video content for any other purpose apart from the project - H2H live gigs@home they must receive my consent for the same before doing so.
